Improved Homechoice System coming soon!!!!
An upgrade to our housing system is due to go live on 22nd October 2019. This should help our customers make or amend to their Housing Register Applications as well as view available properties and place bids.
This new system will also allow you to download required supporting information and proofs directly into your housing application. Fully completed applications supplied with all the necessary proofs will be given priority for assessment, there is a Document Checklist to download. This will help you understand what information is needed and ensure when you submit your application it can be dealt with as quickly as possible.
All required information must be supplied using this system, the Housing Team will not be able to accept documents sent separately.

If you are already registered with us your unique reference number and memorable date will remain the same. However, you will be prompted to set up a further password. This password must contain at least 2 upper cases, 2 lower cases, 2 numbers and cannot be longer than 10 characters.
