Improve the assessment of your Homechoice applications!
Fully completed applications supplied with all the necessary proofs will be given priority for assessment, there is now a Document Checklist to download. This will help you understand what information is needed and ensure when you submit your application it can be dealt with as quickly as possible.
All information sent to support your application must include your Reference Number. If you send proofs by email, make sure the ‘subject’ of the email is your Reference Number and last name. ie 21989 Jones

If you are already registered with us your unique reference number and memorable date will remain the same. However, you will be prompted to set up a further password. This password must contain at least 2 upper cases, 2 lower cases, 2 numbers and cannot be longer than 10 characters.
