Important changes for Homechoice applications
We hope that you will find everything you need on this site to make a new HomeChoice application, update your circumstances on an existing application, check you bidding or search for properties.
To make our process faster and more efficient with effect from Thursday 20 June 2019 we can only assess applications that are fully completed and have all the required supporting information and proofs provided.
Please ensure you have read the form and provided all that is required as we will no longer contact individuals for anything that is outstanding. Applications will be closed after 28 days if they are incomplete.
Fully completed applications supplied with all the necessary proofs will be given priority for assessment
Applications received prior to 20 June 2019 will continue to be assessed and we will issue one letter requesting any outstanding information. If this is not received within 28 days, the application will be closed.

*All emails relating to Housing Register applications MUST have the Housing Register reference number and the last name of the lead applicant in the subject line, to help us deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible.
If you are already registered with us your unique reference number and memorable date will remain the same. However you will be prompted to set up a further password. This password must contain at least 2 upper cases, 2 lower cases, 2 numbers and cannot be longer than 10 characters.
