Housing services during Covid 19
Whilst some housing services may be affected by the current pandemic, most office-based staff are able to work remotely in order to keep key services running. We will continue to try and provide you with the best possible service during this time.
Please note that all supporting documents such as identification and bank statements must be uploaded to your online application. Applications will be closed if the required supporting documents are not uploaded to your application within 28 days.
A signed declaration form must be uploaded to all applications. This form can be downloaded for you to print and sign, or you can collect the form from one of our customer service link points. Your signed declaration form can then be scanned or photographed and uploaded to your online application.
