Delays for new HomeChoice applications
Published: Thursday 20 May 2021New applications cannot be activated until all required documents have been submitted and any further checks that are needed have been made. In order to help avoid delays in your application being assessed, please ensure you upload a signed declaration form (found under the Documents tab) to your account. We need this form in order to make further enquiries and checks including tenancy referencing. These checks can take a number of weeks to make, so please upload the declaration form and all other documents required as soon as possible to avoid delays.
